Here is a brief description of the courses offered by Lets Talk Performance
Each course is tailored to equip delegates with the tools they need to enhance productivity and performance relative to your business.
Staff Training
Would be on an individual or group basis, depending on the company requirements and staff needs. Delegates will improve their performance by going through the coaching process whilst also improving their confidence and self belief enabling them to be more self reliant at work.
Executive coaching
Company executives, leaders and managers, through a goal based coaching structure, will improve their own performance gaining greater clarity, more focus and increased self awareness becoming more positive.
Leadership Training
This course will give those delegates whose responsibility it is to manage or lead teams, the understanding and ability to coach their team using the Lets Talk Performance process to improve the overall performance of their team. This can be achieved in many ways, from spending allotted time with staff members over a period of time as part of an ongoing training process to short coaching sessions where a team member may need help with a specific task. In using our approach to the team, leaders will increase the level of commitment to the company and individual motivation at work as well as self belief and confidence coupled with an increase in performance.
Culture Change
Is achieved by taking the coaching process on throughout the whole business with key personnel in your business being "trained to train", passing on the coaching culture throughout the work force by training managers and leaders within the company to coach their teams. This cultural approach brings benefits to individuals and the company alike since all staff members take ownership and responsibility for the goals and values of the company and work together as a high performance team.
